Mitsuko (Momo Hazuki), a painting model, fell in love with and married Shiro, whom she met at a gallery. Soon after, however, Shiro became seriously ill and became bedridden. Their happy married life together was already on the wane. After taking a break from modeling for a while, Mitsuko starts working again for Etsuji, a painter, to earn money for living expenses and her husband's medication. She lies to her husband that she is not working as a model but as a housekeeper, and meets Etsuji's extreme demands...
