Dirty Nurse, a female spy for the evil organization Dark Quindam, infiltrates the laboratory where Mighty Guy works as Marie, in order to recover a meteorite stolen by the righteous warrior Mighty Guy. To begin with, she tries to seduce Mighty Guy with colorful tricks, but he is having none of it. Later, she sneaks into the laboratory late at night and attempts to retrieve the meteorite, but is intercepted and beaten back by Mighty Guy. He is defeated, but the Mighty Guy who chased after him is trapped and captured again in the form of Marie. He is put under intense interrogation to find out the secret of the meteorite, but Mighty Guy refuses to talk.
